📋 1. Job Description
- Research bidding documents (Tender Documents), take off and check quantity drawings (BOQ Take-off) for Electrical, ELV, HVAC, Fire Protection and Water Supply and Drainage systems.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing department and suppliers to obtain quotes for materials and equipment, build competitive financial quotes and optimize techniques (Value Engineering).
- Prepare phase payment documents (IPC) and settlement documents (Final Account) with the Investor; Check and confirm payment amounts to teams/subcontractors.
- Monitor and prepare arising quotation documents (Variation Order - VO) when there are design changes during the construction process.
🎯 2. Job Requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Construction Economics, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E), Electrical Systems, Heat Refrigeration or Fire Protection.
- Minimum 02 years of experience as a QS Engineer / Bidding Estimator in the field of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) or Fire Protection.
- Proficient in using advanced Excel and AutoCAD; Understand market unit prices of M&E/fire protection equipment and supplies and construction labor norms.
- Careful, sharp data thinking, able to protect volumes well before QS Consultants and Investors.
