Occupational Safety and Environment Engineer (HSE FDI Project Officer)
Establish, train and monitor compliance with the Safety - Health - Environment (HSE) Management system at M&E & Fire Protection construction sites according to the strict standards of the General Contractor and FDI Investor.

📋 1. Job Description
- Create an Occupational Safety and Health Plan (HSE Plan), risk assessment (JSA/Risk Assessment) for specific tasks of M&E & Fire Protection: working at heights (scaffolding, Boom/Scissor Lift scissor trucks), welding and cutting heat generation work (Hot Work), lifting heavy equipment (Lifting) and pipeline pressure testing.
- Organize daily safety meetings at the beginning of the day (Toolbox Meeting) and input safety training (Safety Induction) for new workers entering the construction site.
- Periodically inspect construction machinery and equipment, temporary electrical cabinets, fire extinguishers, full body safety belts and issue work permits (Permit to Work - PTW).
- Work directly with the Safety Department of the Investor / Main Contractor, prepare weekly/monthly safety reports and maintain the 'Zero Accident' goal at the project.
🎯 2. Job Requirements
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Labor Protection, Environment, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
- Have a certificate of Occupational Safety and Health Trainer (Group 1, 2, 3) and at least 01 year of experience working as HSE on industrial projects.
- Serious and resolute in reminding and handling safety violations at the scene; Good presentation and communication skills.
