Project Manager / Commander
Commander / Project Manager of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) & Fire Protection
Overall management of construction work, progress management, quality, HSE safety and acceptance and handover of M&E and Fire Protection System contractor packages at FDI industrial factories (Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan).

📋 1. Job Description
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities of the Site Steering Committee: progress, technical quality, labor safety (HSE) and construction costs of the M&E / Fire Prevention package.
- Create a master schedule (Master Schedule), detailed weekly/monthly plans, coordinate human resources of field engineers, construction teams and materials and equipment to the construction site on schedule.
- APECCons representatives work directly with the FDI Investor, Project Management Consultant (PMC), General Construction Contractor and Fire Police Agency during the construction and acceptance process.
- Control the arising volume (Variation Order - VO), coordinate closely with the QS and Accounting departments to protect the settlement volume in each stage.
- Organize interlock testing (Testing & Commissioning - T&C), accept fire protection at the State level and hand over completed documents (As-built Drawings, O&M Manuals) to the Investor.
🎯 2. Job Requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Electrical Systems, Automation, Heat and Refrigeration (HVAC), Water Supply and Drainage, Fire Protection or Construction Engineering.
- Have at least 03 - 05 years of experience as Commander, Deputy Commander or M&E / Fire Protection Project Manager for industrial park factories.
- Master Vietnamese technical standards (QCVN 06, TCVN 7336, TCVN 5738, TCVN 5687...) and fire protection and electromechanical acceptance procedures at FDI factories.
- Leadership skills, team coordination, negotiation with the Investor and resolving situations that arise at the construction site decisively and effectively.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, Office toolkit; Priority is given to candidates who have a Supervisor/Commander certificate of Grade I, II or can communicate in basic English/Korean/Chinese.
