1. Project Management & Construction Organization Capacity (Project Management)
APEC owns a closed project implementation process from stage to stage Current status survey – Technical design consultation – Fire protection approval – Preparation of construction drawings (Shop Drawing / BIM Coordination) – Supply of materials and equipment – Installation – Inspection, interlock commissioning (Testing & Commissioning) – Acceptance and handover and O&M Warranty.
2. Safety Control System (HSE) & Quality (QA/QC)
- Control of input materials (ITP & Material Approval): 100% of substation equipment, electrical panels, fire protection pumps, chillers, electric cables, steel pipes and industrial valves all have full certificates of origin (CO), quality (CQ) and standard testing records before being placed on the construction site.
